Enterprise Transformation & Configuration Intelligence

Meet REX: The Retrieval EXpert

Eliminate guesswork, scope drift, and undocumented assumptions. REX is an autonomous software discovery and requirements engine engineered to bring empirical, audit-ready evidence to high-stakes enterprise transformations.

The Ground-Truth Imperative

Complex enterprise transformations across ERP, HCM, and operational platforms rarely fail due to execution speed—they stall because of missing ground truth. Teams expend valuable delivery cycles navigating fragmented tribal knowledge, outdated process documents, and unverified vendor promises.

REX operates with the forensic discipline of an archival investigator. Built from the foundation up to demand concrete citations for every capability, REX interrogates documentation, system releases, and technical structures to deliver an unassailable baseline of real system behavior.

Core Capabilities

Zero-Hallucination Evidence

REX refuses to assume, extrapolate, or invent capabilities. Every requirement item, business process flow, and enhancement catalog is paired with direct citations to authoritative technical repositories and release notes.

ITIL & CMDB-Ready

Discovery outputs are structured from day one for seamless ingestion into your ITIL Service Management frameworks. REX surfaces functional configurations, environment dependencies, and release changes as structured Configuration Items (CIs) to maintain baseline integrity across environments.

Human-Governed Control

Autonomous investigation paired with strict compliance safeguards. Operating within hardened enterprise confidentiality parameters, REX requires human sign-off for any proposed requirement, scope change, or release approval.

Compressed Delivery Cycles

By automating the intensive labor of cross-referencing release taxonomies, navigation schemas, and business rules, REX cuts discovery cycles significantly while eliminating rework downstream in functional and UAT phases.

The REX Operational Framework

01

Investigate & Trace

Ingests technical architectures, vendor documentation, and release changes to form an auditable data graph.

02

Correlate & Structure

Maps real-world process requirements to verified system behaviors and CMDB-aligned configuration models.

03

Verify & Deliver

Presents granular, fully cited discovery catalogs to project leaders, ready for human sign-off and deployment.

Recent changes to the Business Process Hub

One name. The site is now the Business Process Hub: standardized operating procedures and level 3 workflows taken from the vendor guides. REX is the discovery engine that builds its content.

By business capability. The Capabilities page groups every module by what the business does, with a status and progress bar for each, and remembers the module you looked at last. Training is arranged the same way. The Business Processes page, formerly BP, keeps the list from application down to area.

One menu. Light and dark mode, List and Tiles, and the filters now sit in the Menu on every page. The Role filter accepts several roles.

More guides. Seven more Oracle HCM and platform guides have been added: Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HCM Integrations, Talent Management Base, Analytics and Reports, Scheduled Processes, and Redwood Extensibility with Visual Builder Studio. Where level 4 flows exist for them they are drafts built from the guides, not yet reviewed or validated by the business.

Setting scope. Administrators can tick processes and steps in or out of scope in their browser and export the changes. They reach everyone only after the file is applied and the site is published again.
